Welcome to the AirSmart Installer Zone. This is a focused set of guides for professional installers: everything you need to get AirSmart hardware set up, mounted, online and handed over to the owner, and nothing you don't.

Who this is for​

Installers commissioning AirSmart devices on site using the Airsmart Installer mobile app. If you are an end customer setting up your own device, see AirSmart for Homes & Offices or AirSmart for Schools instead.

Airsmart WiFi​

All Airsmart WiFi devices (variants S, C, N, H, F and P) share the same body and the same install process, driven from the Airsmart Installer app. The guide is a single step-by-step sequence:

  1. Overview - the device, the models and what to take to site.
  2. Set up the site - create the location once.
  3. Mount and power - fit each device.
  4. Register and connect - the Add Device wizard.
  5. Hand over - transfer the site to the owner.
  6. Troubleshooting.
